Our Work

The primary way we are currently working towards our goal of restoring every woman's right to exercise is through our Movement sessions: safe, autonomous and supportive trauma informed spaces for women to access health-promoting exercise and grow in confidence together. We are currently providing these sessions weekly through 10 charity partners across London.
