Our Work

The primary way we are currently working towards our goal of restoring every woman's right to exercise is through our Movement sessions: safe, autonomous and supportive trauma informed spaces for women to access health-promoting exercise and grow in confidence together. We are currently providing these sessions weekly through 18 charity partners across London.

There is an increasing need and demand for trauma informed exercise opportunities and we are currently seeking funding to grow our provision further.
