Our Work

The primary way we are currently working towards our goal of restoring every woman's right to exercise is through our Movement sessions: safe, autonomous and supportive trauma informed spaces for women to access health-promoting exercise and grow in confidence together. We are currently providing these sessions weekly through 14 charity partners across London.

We expect to provide over 1000 exercise sessions in 2022 as we continue to grow, enabling us to meet the increasing need and demand for trauma informed exercise opportunities.
